GUESTS TRAVELING FROM EUROPE:

Group rates and seats were released for this group as we could only get group tickets from London and the flights were not direct to Cape Town. Also, the group rate was slightly more expensive. Therefore, we encourage you to look for the following routes when booking your travel:

Copenhagen-Dubai-Cape Town = Emirates Airlines
Copenhagen-London-Cape Town = either Virgin, SAA or British Airways
Copenhagen-Amsterdam-Cape Town = KLM Airlines

We decided to leave the option open for the NY group to either book online yourselves (if you find cheaper rates) or book through group rates from SAA directly, in case anyone wants pay later. 

* FYI: If you decide to do the group rate, you will have the advantage of waiting to pay until September 1, 2011.

For those who would like to book the group rate, please keep in mind that fuel surcharges and taxes are not under SAA's control, may vary and will apply on the day the ticket is processed. SAA can only guarantee the base fare as stipulated above.

If you would like SAA to hold a seat for you, we need your commitment as soon as possible so that they know how many seats to block and how many to release. Right now, a total of 45 seats have already blocked over the two dates. If they don't hear from you, they will assume you will find a ticket yourself and will then release that seat. With that said, please reply with your preferred date and information to:

Lastly, note that SAA is only responsible for your trip from the gateway point (NY) to South Africa. If you live outside this gateway point, please book separate travel accordingly - keeping in mind the New York departure times.
